Improve `confirm_properties` in various layouts to add page numbering and subtitles

`confirm_properties` does not show page numbers in `Delizia` or `Eckhart`.
The subtitle field is also not used in `Eckhart`.
Possibly adding support to edit the final `Transaction signed` string.
