[Feature]: Expand test coverage to catch setting vars in inventory #76

General problem or idea
I want to add coverage for issues like #74, yet...
It's tricky to dynamically set it for a molecule scenario, but I could look into fixed IPs/URLs for containers under the Docker plugin that Molecule uses. This would require a rework of the scenarios.
