Reference sudo history in FAQ #1351

Description

What we call "ogsudo" is of course not the "og" sudo, see: https://github.com/sudo-project/sudo/blob/main/docs/HISTORY.md

It falls in a long heritage dating back to a piece of VAX software from 1981.

In brief, essentially current "sudo.ws" is itself a rewrite (called "CU sudo" until 1999) of a previous sudo (credited to "The Root Group", which back then apparently was GPL licensed), which was itself a re-implementation(TODO: check this?) of a version with roots at SUNY and maintained for a time by CU-Boulder.

As a history buff, I think this should be emphasized more in our public-facing documentation.
