Status: failed generic rendering must be informed #165
Description
Status only informs form factor's failures, there is no condition so far for generic rendering failures.
This means that any generic rendering issue that occurs before the form factor reconciler is run will be logged but not shown at the object's status.
We need to add an extra status condition for this.
