Writing the tests relying on config #289

Hi,
I've got a pull request ready where the oauth2 is working with the new security updates in SF 5.3.
However, to be compliant with the contribution requirements, I tried writing the tests for it.
I set up Docker as described in the documentation for it.
Tests are failing though because I there is some config required for the security bundle, which I do not know how to set with this bundle being standalone. probably being within a project, this would work just fine.
Can anyone advise me on this?
