unable to use ldap plugins : Server is unwilling to perform [] [] #12

Is it possible to have more detail with ldap plugins ?
[2019-11-11 15:38:13] grav.ERROR: plugin.login-ldap: [0] uid=gravuser,ou=people,ou=Administration,dc=comp,dc=com - Server is unwilling to perform [] []
[2019-11-11 15:38:28] grav.ERROR: plugin.login-ldap: [0] uid=gravuser,ou=people,ou=Administration,dc=comp,dc=com - Invalid credentials [] []
Note : we have 15 app. that are using this ldap server ... without issues
