add abortSignal support to query()

For expensive queries, the initial response with the query id from posting to /v1/statement comes back much earlier than any requests to nextUri. Without these changes, there's no way via this client to cancel a query early until the first page of data comes back.

Feel free to take another approach/scrap this, but I figured a simple PR would be more appreciated than just opening an issue
