Handling ranges for Kafka timestamp queries millisecond precision

Hi,
I was trying the below query

I am only seeing records for 2022-05-15 05:30:00.000 (no records show up for 2022-05-15 05:30:00.001)

so seems like the less than or equal to <= is not working for 05:30:00.001 ?

SELECT "_message","_partition_offset","_timestamp" FROM kafka."default"."kafka-topic" 
WHERE 
"_timestamp" >= TIMESTAMP '2022-05-15 05:30:00.000 UTC'
AND "_timestamp" <= TIMESTAMP '2022-05-15 05:30:00.001 UTC'

When I change the query to 1 millisecond further, it shows the records for 2022-05-15 05:30:00.001

SELECT "_message","_partition_offset","_timestamp" FROM kafka."default"."kafka-topic" 
WHERE 
"_timestamp" >= TIMESTAMP '2022-05-15 05:30:00.000 UTC'
AND "_timestamp" <= TIMESTAMP '2022-05-15 05:30:00.002 UTC'
