You always need to specify the username when connecting to Trino.

UPDATE: it's "admin" for username and the password is empty

Small correction. You can use any username as long as authentication is not configured. The CLI for example if you don't provide username explicitly uses the OS username.

e.g. admin, xyz etc. anything would work.
