Run trino server and CLI at the same time by Github Actions

I would like to run

1. docker run -p 8080:8080 --name trino --rm trinodb/trino

and

2. docker exec -it trino trino --catalog tpch --schema sf1

inside one Github Actions so that I can make a query to trino after that. But I could not do it because the first step will run forever. I will see SERVER STARTED message. So the second command (to run CLI) will not be run. How can I make it works?
