What would be the correct format / examples for Iceberg catalog to access S3 tables

the codebase refers to a few formats like below

iceberg.rest-catalog.warehouse=s3tablescatalog/pyiceberg-blog-bucket

OR 

iceberg.rest-catalog.warehouse=<AccountID>:s3tablescatalog/<iceberg-bucket>
