Images still showing after deletnig from activities in Admin

After deleting images from activities in Submissions page of Admin console, images are getting deleted from firebase cloud storage but the list of links are not getting updated for that activity in firestore.

while reproducing the same issue I did not get any issue in deleting the images i think this issue occurs when a user deletes the images Please Specify how you got this issue.

Have you tried doing it with multiple images? It may be that images are being cached by next/image
