Add options to view and reject submissions from draft page in admin dashboard 

In the draft page of admin dashboard, the activities are only partially visible. It would be easier for editors if they could click on the activity and view the full description along with images.

Preferred solution would be to show the activity details in a modal component which would also have the option to reject the submission.
