Loading a page causes validation error

I have multiple forms. 90% of the forms have the form_element_linked_checkbox element in the fields. On the forms where this field is present, i always get a validation error even if i havent submitted the form. Just loading the page, produces validation error. All the other forms that do not have the checkbox present, work just fine.
