Feature: Detect Crashes #153
Description
It is sometimes difficult to tell if RTA is having a connection issue or if the application has crashed for some reason. We should add the ability to detect when the app has crashed. The two main options would either telnet or an ECP endpoint like query/app-ui that do not respond when the application is stopped on a breakpoint.
