3 Element Airfoil does not work

I tried running one of the examples (the nice 3 piece airfoil) , but somehow it does not run anymore:

julia> generate_mesh("Examples/2D/KT3Element/KT3Element.control")

 ------------------------------------------------------------------

 The following errors were found when constructing the project:
  
 Exception Named: Fatal error exception
 {
      poster =  RefineGrid_ToSizeFunction_
 }
 {
      message =  Resolution near    2.00   -2.00                  needs more subdivisions than the currently allowed. To override, rerun with the command line flag '-sLimit'. But think before doing this.

Maybe include the examples in CI?
