Major version behind

Hello! Thank you for putting this package together and maintaining it.

The clang package on pypi.org is a major version behind llvm. I see that there are many unmerged github-actions-generated PRs in this repository for recent LLVM versions.

It would be great if instead of PRs, this project auto-published to pypi to stay in step with LLVM upstream.

I would be happy to help as a maintainer if you are busy with other projects.
