User API documentation doesn't have API function names in TOC #5
Description
This is a usability bug.
User API documentation doesn't have API function names in TOC.
In file tropic01_user_api_v1.1.2.pdf Table of Contains should contain individual functions.
This change would save user's time needed to scroll every time looking for definition of an API function.
I wanted to fix the issue myself but source code for the User API documentation(tropic01_user_api_v1.1.2.pdf) doesn't seem to be in repository.
