SuperGlobals per scope logic

Idea: manage the visibility of SuperGlobals using a Coroutine Scope.

Coroutine Scope was originally created as a virtual space for coroutines and is a perfect fit for managing SuperGlobals.

User Story:
A single coroutine handles a request. The request is localized using SuperGlobals.
All child coroutines inherit access to the request parameters.

Coroutines of “neighboring” requests must not see each other’s superglobals.

What is proposed:

1. Create a scope that explicitly either inherits superglobals or does not.
2. Ensure correct access to superglobals through PHP’s internal mechanism.
