Automatically add trunk CI workflows with trunk init

Maybe a flag for trunk init can be added, that automatically adds a CI workflow to the repository that enables trunk checks.

Maybe trunk can even figure from which git server the repo was cloned and adjust that accordingly.

Not a must have, but a nice simplification to get started. And it can be optional.
