shimx64.efi and grubx64.efi could be found under /usr/lib/bootupd/updates/EFI/fedora/. However, in rawhide fcos images (44 at the moment), those files are not longer available there, but under /usr/lib/efi/shim/*/EFI/fedora/shimx64.efi and ./usr/lib/efi/grub2/*/EFI/fedora/grubx64.efi.
