Seperate external and internal types

It is confusing that in typings we have the typings for internal types and also for external api types like the types returned or expected by the relay server and the types expected and returned by the wallet libraries. We should seperate them. 

I propose internal typings stay there and external typings go into `api/relay/typings` and similar.
