Option to disable automatic mention parsing #194

First off, thanks for this handy action! Nice that we didn't have to roll this ourselves.
Currently if any of the text includes mentions (e.g., @Someusername) they will be autoconverted to a mention. Several of our users have the same Github username as they do Slack name, and find it annoying that they are notified in every release they've contributed to. In some cases the text doesn't even have to be the same, e.g., "@johndoe" will be converted to "@john Doe" mention.
We might be able to change this behavior specifying the link_names option in the webhook request.

I'd be happy to open a PR for this feature if you're open to it. Trying to avoid forking an action and polluting the marketplace similar actions with minor differences.
