auto import from jlcpcb

we already have the functionality let's make use of it, the ai should try to import components, use any components that succeeded and ask it to manually create chips/components for the ones that failed

I think the dropdown menu for the "@" key could have an option to import from jlcpcb (kind of like how some dropdowns have a "create new" option when something isn't found etc.)

this would require having a good search for jlcpcb components which we could build on the jlcsearch repo.

The imported jlcpcb components could be placed inside the VFS of the executing AI (I think)

Not sure this is ready to bounty until we break down into steps, but it's a good feature.

@ShiboSoftwareDev I also think that we should build into the backend that "@tsci/jlcpcb.C1234" automatically generates the component on the fly or uses a cached version (CC @imrishabh18 ) because this would greatly simplify the AI- it wouldn't need to manage a VFS for example

@ShiboSoftwareDev if you'd like as a first step, we could adapt the "@" menu to have the "import from jlcpcb" button and just take the user to a page on tscircuit.com with a prefilled import form in the short term. It logistically splits up our implementation into incremental development
