Mod Loader keeps auto-sorting the mods, then saying it's the wrong order

Describe the bug
When trying to play using Finishing Touch, Postscriptthree's Gameplay Tweaks and New Threat 2.0 (Combat Only), the loader's auto sorting places Postscriptthree and New Threat closer to the middle of my whole mod list. When I try to load into the game with that order, I get told that they're in the wrong order and they won't work, do I want to load my game anyway?

To Reproduce
Add at least Finishing Touch, Postscriptthree's Gameplay Tweaks, and New Threat 2.0 (Combat Only) with auto-sort on. This algorithm will place the latter two in the wrong spot to let the game begin with all mods loaded.

Expected behavior
The auto-sort feature should place them above Finishing Touch automatically if it knows that it won't launch with them in that order.

It's not a bug but most likely a mod conflict that is not allowing 7th to correctly auto sort the mods. Please contact the relative mod authors to have a look at them and ensure they work correctly with each other.
