Description
All ttag projects need to have proper changelogs
- ttag
- babel-plugin-ttag
- ttag-cli
Currently we have this format of changelog - https://ttag.js.org/docs/changelog.html. Probably should remove that page, or replace with links to CHANGELOG.md to libraries.
