Advise for a suitable device to run

Hi thanks for all this work.
I've been looking through your list and wrote down roughly what I would want to run but I'm unsure on how powerful I need the system to be too run everything.
I've seen this listed would something like this be suitable to run what's below and possibly more in the future.
