Add self-signed SSL certs to Grafana

I'd love an advanced option in the Grafana LXC installer to setup self-signed SSL certificates. If you want to use Grafana as an iFrame in Home Assistant that is using HTTPS, Grafana must also be HTTPS.

It would be even more awesome if there was a background cron job using these steps that auto-renewed the cert in the background.
