error on StartUp docker-compose

Hi I try to run paperlessngx in a vm on a proxmox host.

1. Mounted my NFS storage to the VM to /media/dataarchive with a user with write Access (The NFS is a QNAP NAS FileShare)
2. I added the user UID to the docker compose File
3. I run docker-compose -up-d to the not modified docker-compose. I only changed the mount path for export and consume

Now I got this error in the paperless-ngx docker-contaienr

What is my issue? the folder is writable from my vm.
