alpine-docker not showing docker stats

Hello,
Running privileged lxc with alpine-docker is not showing stats for running docker containers.
Proxmox 7.4.3 with pve-kernel-6.2
Please advice what is missing...

Create docker lxc with alpine-docker template. Start any docker container.

Ok, changed over to a debian lxc then. Was hoping to keep it as light as possible but can not figure out how to probably allow enough access to the cgroup mounts...
And in debian/ubuntu works out-of-the-box...

Bumping this because it's still an issue a year and a half later. It seems to be a problem with how OpenRC interacts with cgroups, but I have no knowledge of either beyond a basic blog post on how to fix a similar issue.

When creating a new lxc and running

apk add docker && rc-update add docker default && service docker start

Mount errors are spammed in the console, which is weird because it looks like the cgroup directories mount properly. Any help or at least a place to start would be appreciated.
