Zigbee2MQTT LXC - will not start 'ioctl errors'

Again - much thanks for your scripts. I have gotten so far HAOS VM running, with MariaDB in an LXC container (still questioning if I should have put HA in an LXC (you thoughts?)) - I next did two more LXC (one for MQTT and one for Zigbee2MQTT), and here is where I am stopped.

I followed your steps, and created the configuration.yaml file - set the User and Pass which I setup when I installed MQTT, and set the IP as the DHCP reservation is set for the LXC and have set the port: identifier per your steps. I get the following when I launch things:

Yes - Ran your script - with dongle plugged in and chose defaults - until the end (about EDGE) and chose 'N'

As a last resort, try changing to this baudrate: 57600

The specific error "Inappropriate ioctl for device" suggests that the ioctl (input/output control) operation used to set the baud rate is not supported or allowed by the device.

Have you changed the firmware?

Firmware which came on it. Works perfectly fine in my other HA box with the ZHA stuff.

Have a recommended method? I really do not wanna add PYTHON on my Windows box. Can I do it from your LXC?

Flashed the dongle with the latest [CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_coordinator_20230507.zip] - and then DELETED the Z2M LXC and started over with your steps.....lookie here!!

In summary to all - here is how I fixed it with TTeck's wonderful help:

1. Updated my Sonoff 3.0 Zigbee Stick with these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JM9LnwtZRoA

2. Deleted the zigbee2mqtt LXC that I had made so many changes to - and started with a clean one.

3. Used IP Address (not hostname) in the configuration.yaml file (may go back and try with hostname at some point).

4. Double-check everything and work in notepad if you have to keep lots of 'copy/paste' items.
