Debian 12 VM upgrade issue with unmet dependencies linux-image-6.1.0-16-amd64

After a fresh vm install using

i found this issue:

Is this similar to how you resolved the problem in the VM script? Which script/function did you correct? With your '2024' updates its hard to find the other fixes
