paperless-ngx container fails to install

Hi Team!

Initially I thought this was my proxmox host causing issues. It always got stuck installing the Natural Language Toolkit.

I tried a custom or default installation of the container, rebooted Proxmox and in the end I decided to run it in verbose mode.

It displays this error:

It gets stuck there but if I click "y" it skips to brown_tei.zip.

Then the same happens with gazetteers:

It happens with more packages. Some get downloaded and installed when I press "y", same do not.

Once I sort this out paperless-ngx gets installed but it fails to OCR a document on the first test upload. I assume missing packages have to do with it.

It seems that you're probably facing a network problem.

Hi!

Thanks for the response.

I initially thought the same but no other device is experiencing networking issues. The same proxmox host works fine with other containers from the repo (like docker, phihole, filebrowser...) and a download test works like a charm. I have set up a Debian netinst VM and installed graphic environment(s) from the internet resulting on gigabytes being downloaded with no issue. I also checked the Firewall and nothing is blocked from the host's ip or back to it.
