Strange issue and question

Good Morning and thanks for everything....just getting into proxmox so full noob alert....with that said. My plex lxc works inside and outside. My ports are fowarded, however I still recieve this. I've tried manually assigning the port...I've tried with and without host and container firewall....adjusting dns.....not a huge deal as strangely enough I can get through.....just wasn't sure if this was a simple fix
