Plex with Hardware Acceleration in LCX Proxmox with Coffeelake GPU not working

Hi, I installed this Plex LCX with default settings and got a priviliged LCX with Plex running. And the GPU seems to be regonized by the LCX Ubuntu:

But I tried anything to activate hw transcoding. I already use hw acceleration with the very same with an old Synology Plus NAS. I deactivated "HDR Tonemapping", installed the intel gpu tools "sudo apt-get install -y intel-gpu-tools" but no luck. Any idea what I am missing? I read through all the existing threads.

you are sure you have Plex Pass?

Yes. It worked out of the box with a vm.
