Nginx Proxy Manager LXC: nginx-resolver needs "update" after dns server change in proxmox

Nginx Proxy Manager LXC works perfect for me - up to the moment, I changed the dns server for the container in proxmox....

You may mention in the documentation, that nginx has its own resolver config and that the setting for this is taken from /etc/resolv.conf while setup...

So after changing the setting in proxmox, the user has to call "update" to refresh the value.
