Update error at Esphome

Hello, since the last Debian 12 update I can no longer update Esphome. The following error occurs:

✓ Stopped ESPHome | Updating ESPHome [ERROR] in line 66: exit code 0: while executing command pip3 install -U esphome &> /dev/null

If you have manually updated to Debian 12.6, execute rm -rf /usr/lib/python3.*/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED in the LXC console.
The Proxmox VE LXC Updater and Proxmox VE Cron LXC Updater has modified for Dedian 12.6

trying to update to esphome 2024.8 results in after succesfull update

I have same, but service stoped after update with the error I've posted
