Frigate LXC script - after its run is it possible to update the compose and re-run with the changes?

Hello,
i am really new to this helper script. I have run frigate before on bare bones and if i wanted to make a change to the compose file i could:
stop the container
edit the compose
restart the container using the compose up d (or something like that)

and it would re-create the container with my changes.

i really would like to add my some things to the compose but do not know the process when running the container like this
