Can't disable/edit/delete scope in Technitium

Hello,

I was trying to setup a DHCP server in Technitium (installed with the Tteck-script).
But I didn't knew I could probably not use certain characters like " ' ".
I did not got an error and I was just able to save it like this.

But now it seems this scope is not accessible anymore via the web interface. Clicking the 3 buttons at the end does not doing anything.
But it's only that specific scope with the character in it's name. The buttons on the other scopes work just fine.

Is there a way to configure this name or just completely remove this scope via the Technitium console?
