Docker dont start after backup restore

Hey guys im am no IT pro!

Describe the issue
I restored docker lxc from proxmox backup

I run on lxc shell:
docker container ls
"Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?"

It seems that the docker deamon dont start.
i tried

root@matrixbo:~# systemctl restart docker

I did the same Backup-restore again and it worked....
I feel stupid....

Can I delete my discussion by myself?
