Replace the "serial" section in your /opt/zigbee2mqtt/data/configuration.yaml with:

serial:
  port: >-
    /dev/serial/by-id/usb-dresden_elektronik_ingenieurtechnik_GmbH_ConBee_II_DE2195985-if00
  adapter: deconz

remember to keep the correct indentation, it should work fine with that.

have you done a security key ? i saw generate but might not have worked ,
had issues before in home assistant add on as i used the generic one ,
to the piont i stopped using it , recently went back to pair my ikea buttons ,
been good ,
shepherds,sheep and herdsman etc wont start if its wrong ,
think digiblur on youtube has some good vids
