CPU Scaling governors with AMD

Hey there.

I'm not sure when PVE will be officially moved to a newer kernel, but with 5.19 the AMD scaling governors can be used. Here's a discussion on the PVE forums.

I'm not sure if it's practical to change the helper script to include this, but I thought I'd bring it up.
