Requirements.txt has bad references

it also seems to be using versions that are not available for pip:

the requirements.txt has been updated. (aslo ensure to use pytorch 1.13, see Readme) Please try it again.

I get the following error when trying to install the requirements:

Please add 'huggingface_hub==0.25.00', otherwise
ImportError: cannot import name 'cached_download' from 'huggingface_hub'
