Delayed execution / pause does not work or hangs the application.

Example script 1

title: trial  - startup
toggles: false
sequential: true

iTerm
- {"ssh abcd" enter}
- (delay 10)
- {@n "ssh efgh" enter}

Expected behaviour - This should run ssh abcd , wait 10 seconds, then send cmd + N for a new window , and type ssh efgh
Observed behavior - hangs Iterm 2 ( have to kill iterm to restore )
-> Above scripts runs as expected without (delay 10)

Example script 2

---

TextEdit
- [abcd]
- (delay 10)
- [efgh]

Expected behaviour - This should write abcd , wait 10 seconds, then write efgh
Observed behavior - waits 10 secs writes abcd, and soon writes efgh.

Am I missing something ?
