Problem Statement

Even though Task Board is very autonomous and organizes tasks automatically based on the properties it has been set to. There is a still need for a Drag and Drop functionality on the Task Board wherein users will be able to easily move tasks in different column instead of manually changing the property values. For example, if use wants to moev any task from #ongoing tagged column to #completed tagged column. Then user should be able to directly drag and drop the task item card into the new column and the property should automatically change.

Possible Solution

• Add holder icon at top-right corner inside Task Item Card. Visible only on hover.
• Implement the drag and drop functionality wherein, user will be able to drag the task item from the column, it will be hovering until dropped and this task item can only be dropped based on certain rules as discussed in the related discussion topic.
• Similarly, tasks can be dragged to change its position within the same column

This feature cannot be worked on, until the below issues has been completed :
