Installation of Tudat and TudatPy from source without using Conda #14

Dear Tudat team,
After some struggles, I managed to install Tudat from source without using the Conda environement provided. I have written a small Tutorial to replicate what I did. I know the Documentation day is coming and that might be nice to add it to the official pages.
