Clean up GitHub Repositories

We have a lot of repositories under our GitHub Org:

https://github.com/orgs/tudelft3d/repositories

They need to be reviewed. For each repo please try to answer the following questions:

Who is the main contributor?
Does it have a license?
Are copyrights mentioned anywhere?
Does it have a readme?
Is it explained how to run the code in the readme?

Only consider repositories from 2022 or after.
