I don't quite understand us copying the rsettings file to tue-env. When the target is being sourced using the setup file in the target, why does it use a file placed in tue-env. Also, why copy the file at all? Maintaining updates between local copy and the one in the targets becomes painful. Symlink works like a charm in this case.

So people can override it, I think. I didn't design this.

Override doesn't work as running tue-get update see the file is different and ends up overwriting it with the file from the target.
