Keep WarmUp outside of calling this library #2

WarmUpSession (therefore the pointers to SAM encoder decoder and YOLO objects shoud be initialized somewhere else and not when calling those libraries. Its better to keep those objects alive in all robots health since then every time we run inference it would be fast and there will be no need to re-warm the GPU every time (and of course the infernce will be faster).
