Right way for benchmark Hifigan

I found in your report that Hifigan Float16 take 0.0036s latency, is it time for inference a sentence or RTF.

I have tried to benchmark with your checkpoint (Tflite hifigan v3) with 1 thread on my computer, It takes me up to 0.2 -> 0.3 s for inferences
